Deionised Concentrated Grape Juice

Comes from grape juice, after removing all the non-sugary components.

 

The final product is clear, odorless, tasteless, neutral in acidity and its levels of SO2 are close to zero.

 

It is ideal for the augmentation of the sweetness of a product as it does not alter any of its characteristics (flavor, color, aroma).

 

It may also be used as a preservative in canned fruits.

Concentrated Grape Juice

Natural Grape Juice from selected grapes concentrated in vacuum.

 

The white concentrated grape juice is clear and has yellow-orange color, while the red concentrated grape juice has a light red to deep red color.

 

The final product (white or red) is stabilized, filtered, pasteurized and it can also be packaged aseptically.

 

It is ideal for the augmentation of the sweetness of a product while affecting and improving its characteristics (taste, color, aroma).
